The WBDHF would like to officially thank the UAE team represented by the Emirates Ball Hockey League (EBHL). The UAE fielded two teams in the tournament, which finished in second and third place. The UAE team is made up of players of various nationalities and backgrounds who are expatriates. Under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed ElKhashab as commissioner of the EBHL and Mr. Benoit Ferland in his capacity of Director for the Middle East and Africa of the WBDHF, they managed to be great hosts of a wonderful tournament. The WBDHF believes that this tournament will be held annually and looks forward to see them again in future competitions.
