First off, we would like to thank Jiří Skřivánek and the host committee for making the experience wonderful for all the participating teams, their families and all the spectators.
To the cities of Litomerice and Lovosice and all the host hotels, thank you for welcoming us and making all the teams feel at home.
To the bus drivers from their smiles and engaging personalities who ensured the teams always arrived at the arena and hotels, thank you.
A huge thank you to Park Hotel Terezin for the work around our game times preparing the meals for our team.

To all the teams that showed exceptional skill and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, thank you. We play the sport for the passion that is in all of us and it was present while on the floor or in the stands cheering on all the nations.
The Women's Team Canada family Cindy Horton from the staff, players and families that traveled to the tournament, you set the tone for our nation from the first game en route to your gold winning performance. What a show you put on!
To all the boys and staff on Men's Team Canada, what a group! The staff, Amanda and Rick in getting the team ready from the mini-camp in Litomerice to the tournament was tireless work and much appreciated by everyone.
What a collection of talent and for every player to accept their role and perform each game to the highest standard was just incredible. Thank you for your dedication to the sport, the work you put in before and during the games in sometimes difficult situations and to persevere and achieve the goal of winning the World Championship was truly an experience that will never be forgotten.
